An all day conference followed by an awards dinner and entertainment for 350 delegates with a Olympic 2012 theme.

Sourced the venue in Birmingham and provided the AV for the conference including: set, sound, projection and lighting. IEM managed all planning and budget control.

- Delegate management
- Room themed with banners of famous Olympic achievements
